Sandra Broneus

Sandra Broneus specializes in Capital Markets, Securities law, Public Mergers and Acquisitions and company law. She has many years’ experience of advising Swedish and international clients in connection with IPOs and exchange offers, capital raisings, corporate governance and other stock market transactions as well as of advising listed companies and their owners on all kinds of company law and stock market related issues. Sandra conduct courses in IPOs and public take overs at Uppsala University and she has written a comment to the Swedish regulation for public take overs. She has also written a book and articles regarding the Swedish Market Abuse regulation and closely related transactions on the stock market.
