Hammarskiöld advised NDX in connection with the acquisition of leading pet food manufacturer Doggy and its German business from Lantmännen. The acquisition also contains properties and the production plant in Vårgårda.
Doggy is the largest dog and cat food manufacturer in Sweden. Doggy also holds e.g. the brands Mjau and Bozita in its portfolio.
NDX is a leading Lithuanian investment firm which manages and develops companies operating in food, baby food and pet food production and sales businesses. NDX owns the pet food manufacturer Mispol and is part of a corporate group that owns Maxima Grupé, the largest supermarket chain in the Baltics.
