Adam Runestam

Adam Runestam advises clients across a broad spectrum of the firm’s practice areas, with a primary focus on Dispute Resolution, including both arbitration and litigation, as well as Corporate Investigations.

Adam has great experience in litigation and arbitration, having appeared before Swedish courts at different levels and previously worked as a secondee at the SCC Arbitration Institute during his time at Hammarskiöld. This role provided Adam with valuable insights into the complexities of international arbitration procedures and practices, enhancing his ability to effectively represent clients in cross-border disputes.

In addition to his dispute resolution work, Adam is actively involved in corporate investigations, assisting clients with internal investigations and regulatory matters. His work in this area includes conducting thorough investigations, analysing findings, and advising clients on compliance and risk mitigation strategies to address potential legal challenges.

Adam’s combined expertise in dispute resolution and corporate investigations equips him with a comprehensive understanding of complex legal challenges and enables him to deliver strategic, tailored advice to clients across industries.
