Aksel has great experience in advising clients on various capital markets transactions, including IPOs and capital raisings, as well as providing regular advice on corporate governance and disclosure-related questions. His expertise spans both listed and unlisted companies, providing strategic guidance on company law-related matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition to his work in capital markets, Aksel is actively involved in the firm’s Corporate Investigations team, assisting clients with internal investigations and compliance reviews.
