Andreas Johard
Partner
Andreas Johard is co-head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team and has extensive experience of representing client international clients, including States, in complex proceedings in various areas of the law. Andreas’ experience covers disputes in several areas, including post-M&A disputes, board liability, construction as well as challenges of investment arbitral awards. Andreas experience in domestic courts encompasses proceedings before the Supreme Court. Andreas is author of several publications regarding international arbitration and rights in rem.
