Mikaela Grimstig

Mikaela Grimstig is an Associate at Hammarskiöld, working within the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. She advises Swedish and international clients in complex commercial disputes, with extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration as well as litigation before Swedish courts.

Mikaela regularly works on large-scale and cross-border dispute matters, including disputes arising out of post-M&A transactions and matters involving AI-related and emerging technologies. Her work frequently involves legally and factually complex issues, where careful case assessment, procedural strategy and commercial judgment are central.

She works closely with clients, in-house legal teams and senior counsel throughout all stages of the dispute resolution process and regularly plays a leading role in integrated dispute teams, working together with partners and international counsel in demanding matters.
