Hanna Krutmeijer

Hanna Krutmeijer is a Senior Associate at Hammarskiöld, working within the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. She advises Swedish and international clients in complex commercial disputes, with particular experience in financially related disputes, post-M&A matters, and disputes involving corporate governance and damages claims.

Hanna has broad experience from domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as litigation before Swedish courts. Her background includes M&A and dispute resolution experience from another top-tier firm in Stockholm, as well as work as in-house counsel at Klarna, giving her a strong commercial understanding of disputes arising in financial and technology-driven businesses.

She regularly plays a key role in large-scale dispute matters, working closely with clients, in-house legal teams, and senior counsels throughout all stages of the dispute resolution process, from early case assessment and procedural strategy to written submissions and hearings.
