Kelin Taylor Lundgren advises on a broad range of the firm’s practice areas, with special focus on Banking & Finance (Regulatory) and Capital Markets. Kelin has experience from assisting clients in regulatory matters such as license applications and general compliance issues, with a particular focus on clients in the fintech sector. Further, Kelin has experience from advising clients in matters relating to the stock market.
As part of her specialization in Banking & Finance, Kelin has during her time at Hammarskiöld worked temporarily at an international company in the financial sector as a secondee. Kelin gained a deeper understanding of regulatory and compliance issues, corporate governance and general corporate law on a national as well as international level.
