Hammarskiöld has acted as adviser to Jan Ståhlberg in founding of the new private equity company Trill Impact with Nordea Asset Management. The philosophy of the new venture is “impact investment” – to invest only in companies with a business model that helps to achieve the United Nations’ global goals for sustainable development and thereby contribute to making the world a better place to live in. Trill Impact will consider environmental, social and corporate governance criteria (ESG criteria) when deciding on potential investments and in evaluating its fund portfolios.
