Hammarskiöld has acted as legal adviser to the Swedish pet insurance company Försäkringsaktiebolaget Agria (publ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Länsförsäkringar AB, in its acquisition of the Irish regulated insurance intermediary Capstone Financial Services Limited, which offers pet insurance in Ireland and the Netherlands.
The acquisition takes place just three months after the launch of Agria Tierversicherung in Germany, as Agria Djurförsäkring (publ) continues its international growth strategy.
