Hammarskiöld acted as Swedish counsel in connection with USP Zdrowie Group’s acquisition of the dietary supplement manufacturer Naturell AB and its Polish affiliate.
The Naturell Group has manufactured and sold dietary supplements since 1949. The acquisition has enabled USP Zdrowie to enter the Nordic market as well as to increase its share of the dietary supplements market in Poland.
