Hammarskiöld has acted as Swedish legal adviser to Flutter Entertainment plc on its acquisition of Tombola Limited for an enterprise value of £402 million.
Tombola Limited is a successful bingo-led gaming company with an emphasis on providing a low staking bingo proposition to a highly engaged customer base and is one of the leading online bingo operators. Tombola was one of the first gaming operators to introduce both mandatory staking and deposit limits, building a highly sustainable player base over the last 16 years.
