Hammarskiöld has acted as Swedish legal adviser to TSR Recycling GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of REMONDIS Group, in its €83.5 million acquisition of the European operations of Sims Metal Management Ltd, which is specialising in electronic scrap recycling.
TSR Recycling, founded in 1890, is a large Germany-based metal recycling group with 150 business locations in Europe. The acquisition includes operations in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden.
