Nina Sna Karaman works mainly with Mergers and Acquisitions and advises both Swedish and international clients regularly in connection with transactions, restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters. Furthermore, Nina is also part of the Compliance and Investigations team and has experience of a number of corporate investigations related to suspected wrongdoing.
