Sandra Kaznova is co-head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. She represents Swedish and international clients in domestic and international arbitration as well as before Swedish courts. Sandra also sits as arbitrator on a regular basis. Her experience covers disputes in a wide range of areas including for example sale and purchase of goods M&A, shareholder disputes, life science, loan agreements, insurance, damages claims, employment, trade secrets and professional liability.

Before specializing in dispute resolution, Sandra used to work with M&A transactions and corporate matters, building a solid understanding of those fields. As a consequence, she has been entrusted with several high-profile corporate investigations. Having long experience of working with insurance related matters, Sandra frequently supports insurance companies in disputes and coverage assessments.
