Sofia Falkner’s practice focuses on Swedish and EU antitrust, competition and technology law, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. She has broad international and domestic experience in, for example, cartel and other competition investigations, dominance issues, merger control and distribution arrangements. She also advises on AI-related transactional and advisory matters, including regulatory compliance, governance and strategic issues connected to artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
Furthermore, Sofia advises clients on various aspects of public procurement, as well as regulatory and strategic aspects of Protective Security and foreign investment regulations.
