Hammarskiöld acted as legal advisors in Scania’s launch of a corporate venture capital fund, Scania Growth Capital. The fund will focus on investments in high-growth companies with strategic relevance to Scania’s ecosystem of customers and partners in the automotive- and transport industries. It is one of several initiatives by Scania to tap into new ideas in the rapidly-changing environment in which it is active.
