Hammarskiöld advised Atvexa AB in connection with its directed issues of B-shares. Issued shares were subscribed by a number of selected Swedish long-term institutional investors, among them Tredje AP-fonden and Humle Kapitalförvaltning.

The Atvexa Group includes 16 independent brands of which 15 are concentrated in Greater Stockholm, one of Europe’s fastest growing regions.
