Hammarskiöld has acted as legal adviser to Everysport Group AB (publ) in its divestment of a media portfolio consisting of the brands and websites SvenskaFans, Hockeysverige, FotbollDirekt and Innebandymagazinet, for a total purchase price of approximately SEK 44 million.
