Hammarskiöld acted as Swedish counsel for Citigroup Global Markets Limited, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in relation to a €210 million inaugural high yield notes, issued by Schoeller Allibert Group B.V., and as Swedish counsel for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A in connection with a €30 million revolving credit facility made available to, among others, Schoeller Allibert Sweden AB.
