Hammarskiöld advised Atvexa AB (publ) and DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch (Sole Global Coordinator) in connection with the IPO of Atvexa on Nasdaq First North.
Atvexa is a value-driven holding and development company for businesses conducting educational operations within preschool and elementary school and is one of the leading actors on the educational market in Sweden. At the time of the listing, the Atvexa group consisted of 25 subsidiaries with approximately 1,700 employees and 8,400 children and students.
