Hammarskiöld acted as lead external counsel to Avia Solution Group, one of the leading European aerospace business groups, on Avia’s acquisition of Aviator Airport Alliance from the Swedish PE-fund Accent.
The transaction involved a target group with operations in 5 different jurisdictions. The purchase price for the transactions has not been disclosed.
