As of February 1, 2020, PG Ekbom has re-joined as a partner at Hammarskiöld and will broaden the offering of Hammarskiöld’s banking and finance group.
PG Ekbom has over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance law with Swedish and international law firms and with his strong focus on all types of asset finance, PG is considered one of the leading lawyers within banking and finance law in Sweden. PG also has a broad experience in other types of financing transactions, such as acquisition finance and real estate finance.
With his deep knowledge within these areas, PG is frequently lecturing at Stockholm University.
