Sanna Isaksson

Sanna Isaksson has over 10 years’ experience, including working in key roles at other market leading law firms, in private M&A and private equity transactions as well as venture capital investments, having represented Nordic and international private equity sponsors and corporate investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-outs, exits, buy and build structures, joint ventures, restructurings and equity financings.

She also regularly advises clients on management incentive programs and on general corporate and commercial matters. Sanna is well-renowned for her problem-solving mindset combined with a great understanding for the client’s business and a hands-on approach.
