Hammarskiöld acted as legal adviser to sellers in connection with sale of Containertjänst Group to Vestum (WeSC) AB (publ)

Containertjänst Group is a leading operator within sale and renting of containers and road products for the building and construction sector. Supply is coordinated from Container Group’s depots in Länna and Sollentuna. Container Group’s offer includes containers for cooling, storage, building and offices as well as equipment for road works.

The transaction is one of several transactions by Vestum as part of their strategy to develop a portfolio of profitable entrepreneurial specialist companies within Vestum’s focus area. The transaction will close in 6-8 weeks.
