Hammarskiöld advised Valsoft Corporation in its acquisition of MWM Group

Hammarskiöld has acted as legal adviser to Valsoft Corporation Inc (“Valsoft”) in its acquisition of MWM Group, a Swedish software company that develops software solutions for newspaper printing factories and media companies.

Valsoft, a Monteral-based company, specializes in acquiring and developing vertical market software companies, enabling each business to deliver the best mission-critical solutions for customers in their respective industries or niche. The acquisition of MWM Group is Valsoft’s first acquisition in Sweden.
