Hammarskiöld advises IH Long-Term Equity Advisors on its co-investment in Fortnox

Hammarskiöld advises IH Long-Term Equity Advisors (“Interogo Holding”) on its minority investment in Swedish business administration software company Fortnox. Fortnox was bought out from Nasdaq Stockholm by a consortium formed by EQT X and First Kraft AB, with its last day of trading on July 24th, 2025. Interogo Holding has co-invested alongside EQT X, acquiring a minority stake in the company.
