Hammarskiöld represents Veho Oy Ab in its strategic acquisition of Bilia’s Mercedes-Benz truck retail and maintenance network in Sweden. The acquired network comprises eight locations and collectively, these sites account almost one third of Mercedes-Benz truck sales in Sweden, significantly enhances Veho's position in Sweden. The transaction is subject to final approval by competition authorities, with completion anticipated in late spring 2025.
