Hammarskiöld acted as legal advisor to Hexatronic Group AB (publ) (”Hexatronic”), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with a directed share issue whereby Hexatronic raised gross proceeds of approximately SEK 600 million.

The directed share issue was directed to a number of Swedish and international institutional investors on the basis of an accelerated bookbuilding process.
