Hammarskiöld advised HarbourView Equity Partners in connection with its acquisition of the publisher’s share of selected compositions from the Max Martin and Shellback-backed Wolf Cousins catalogue.

The catalogue includes songs recorded by artists such as Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons and DNCE.

Founded in 2021, HarbourView Equity Partners is an investment firm specialising in music, media, sports and entertainment assets. To date, HarbourView has acquired more than 70 music catalogues, including interests associated with the Quincy Jones estate, Kelly Clarkson and Slipknot.
