Hammarskiöld is pleased to announce that we have acted as legal advisor to Crux Football in connection with its groundbreaking investment in FC Rosengård Elitfotboll AB.
The Swedish Football Association has approved the transfer of the competition licence of FC Rosengård’s women’s elite team to FC Rosengård Elitfotboll AB. With this approval in place, Crux Football will become a shareholder in FC Rosengård Elitfotboll AB alongside the association FC Rosengård, which will retain more than 51 per cent of the voting rights. FC Rosengård is recognised as Sweden’s most successful women’s football club, having won 14 national championship titles and six domestic cup competitions.
Through its investment, Crux Football will bring leading expertise across operational, analytical and commercial areas, including player development, brand strategy, communications and marketing, commercial partnerships and media, to support the continued growth and long‑term success of FC Rosengård Elitfotboll AB.
