FPI is an investment company that acts as the principal owner of small and medium-sized niche leaders in the Nordic region.
Nordic Labtech AB develops solutions for controlled laboratory environments, with a particular focus on LAF (Laminar Air Flow) products, as well as related laboratory equipment categories. The products are used in research, the pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare.
FPI views the acquisition as the first step in its long-term ambition to build a leading laboratory technology cluster.
