Advokatfirman Hammarskiöld strengthens its financial regulatory practice and is pleased to welcome Martin Järvengren as partner.
Martin has more than 15 years of experience advising banks, fintech companies, asset managers and insurance companies. He has extensive expertise in Swedish and EU regulatory frameworks, including PSD2, MiFID II and AIFMD, and regularly works with complex cross-border matters.
He also brings significant M&A experience within financial services and has previously been a partner at an international law firm as well as General Counsel at a leading hedge fund.
