Hammarskiöld has acted as legal adviser to Försäkringsaktiebolaget Agria (publ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Länsförsäkringar AB, in its acquisition of the digital veterinary services company VetHem Sweden AB.

Agria Djurförsäkring is part of the Länsförsäkringar group and specializes in providing animal and crop insurance. Agria operates in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the UK, Finland and France.
