Hammarskiöld acted as Swedish legal adviser to HoldIT Communication AB in its sale of Teleopti AB to Calabrio Inc. Minnesota-based Calabrio Inc. is a portfolio company of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.

The WFM solution helps organizations empower their employees to provide outstanding customer service, enabling companies with user-friendly automation and optimization of forecasting, scheduling, and people management.
