Hammarskiöld acted as legal advisor to Round2 Capital Partners in connection with EvoluteIQ’s USD 53 million financing round, led by Baird Capital together with Confidus Venture Capital.

The investment will enable EvoluteIQ to further scale its global operations, enhance its Agentic AI platform, and pursue strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Round2 Capital has supported EvoluteIQ since 2021, and this new milestone marks an important step in the company’s continued growth journey.
