Hammarskiöld has acted as legal adviser to Claesson & Anderzén AB, through its subsidiary CA Plusinvest AB AB (jointly “CA Group”), in connection with the mandatory bid presented to the shareholders of Arise AB (“Arise”), following CA Group's acquisition of a share in Arise triggering a mandatory bid obligation. Arise’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
