Hammarskiöld announced today that Sanna Isaksson has joined the firm as a new partner, focusing on Private M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Sanna advises investors on a variety of Private M&A and Private Equity transactions, including, platform investments, buy and build structures, corporate carve-outs and minority investments. Her work spans across a wide range of industries, with a focus on technology, business services and industrials.
