Hammarskiöld is strengthening its Corporate/M&A, energy and defence practices through the appointments of Jon Ericson and Daniel Öhvall as new partners.
The appointments mark an important step in Hammarskiöld’s strategy to further broaden and strengthen its offering in international and other complex transactions, as well as within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Jon Ericson advises Swedish and international clients on strategic and financial transactions and investments, as well as on other complex, business-critical matters.
Daniel Öhvall specialises in Corporate/M&A, with a particular focus on the energy and defence sectors. He has extensive experience of cross-border transactions and projects and has spent several years at a leading international law firm in Asia.
Ster Solmaz and Sebastian Sederholm, both of whom work closely with Jon and Daniel, are also joining Hammarskiöld.
