Hammarskiöld advises Länsförsäkringar Bank AB (publ) in its acqusition of SAVR AB, a digital platform for trading in mutual funds and shares. Through the acquisition of SAVR, LF Bank strengthens its position in the savings market and can offer LF’s four million customers a market-leading savings platform. The acquisition of SAVR AB is conditional upon regulatory approvals and should be able to be closed during 2025.
