Sandra Broneus specializes in corporate and stock market law, with extensive experience in advising both Swedish and foreign clients on, among other things, IPOs, capital raisings, corporate transactions, due diligence projects, board work and general meetings in listed companies.

Sandra Broneus joins us from TM & Partners, where she was a partner. She has also worked at other Swedish and international law firms, and as an internal advisor focusing on capital markets at an international accounting firm. Sandra Broneus is also the author of the legal commentary on the Act on Public Takeover Offers on the Stock Market (LUA), and has written articles in the field of stock market law.
